<Reading Pu-erh Tea>《解读普洱》 is a famous book that was wrote by Yahe Xu 徐亚和 who is the master of Pu-erh Tea manufacturing engineering. He has been researching on Pu-erh Tea for more than 20 years. This book produced graveness influence to let people get to know Pu-erh Tea. This ripe tea cake’s ingredient (tea leaves) is from Xishuangbanna 西双版纳 around Lancang River 澜沧江 in Yunnan. All big tea leaves must be roughly processed into Maocha to stop oxidation. The processing steps are Pan-roasting 70C (杀青)which arrests most enzyme activity in the leaf and prevents full oxidation -- Rolling (揉捻) -- Sun Drying (晒干)—Aging Processing Technique (渥堆）Which is by prolonged bacterial and fungal fermentation in a warm humid environment under controlled conditions.—  Steaming and Shaping— Sun Drying(干燥）         
 
This tea cake has nice fragrance and the color looks like fine wine. The texture is smoothy and the flavor is mellow and earthy. Ripe Pu-erh Tea is the utmost importance to lose weight and other great benefits for your health. It is the Vintage and pretty good gifts for your friends.
 
5g can brew over 15 times. Every brew is about 100ml bioling water. 
1st brew, 3s rinse the tea (please please don't let hot water stay with tea for a long time)
2nd brew to 5th brew, 3-5s
after 6th brew, can add on 5s after every brew.
