Xigui mountains ancient tea trees are about 300 years in Xishuangbanna, China. The Bingdao tea cake becomes more popular because of its special fragrance and mouth sweeten feeling. Tea trees are growing on warm, moist and wild places. They fight for many challenges by themselves thousands years. So they are pesticide free.

They have long roots and they grow down deeply in the soil to get more mineral and nutrition. That is why ancient Pu-erh Tea is more valuable than bush tea.

This tea cake is from 2012 and it has been fermented naturally 8 years by itself. The flavor and color will change year by year. Is that amazing? We would love to say it is a living tea. Hope you take your time and find out it superficial glamor.

 

7g can brew over 15 times. Every brew is about 100ml bioling water.

1st brew, 3s rinse the tea

2nd brew to 5th brew, 5s

after 6th brew, can add on 5s after every brew.

 

EYES - DRY LEAF

Light brown, grey and dark green leaves.

NOSE - DRY LEAF

Sweet vegetable, oak aged port and raisins.

NOSE - WET LEAF

Honey wood and raspberry jam.

EYES - LIQUOR

light orange.

Medium thick.
