Mindfulness has been shown to improve general health, reduce work-related stress, and leads to boosted focus and productivity.

Tea is not only a beverage, but also a lifestyle. It harmonizes the body's natural rhythms and promotes the body's healing capabilities through a portfolio of nutrients that accelerate prime well-being.

We live in a fast-paced world. Sometimes we forget to slow down and take time to enjoy the moment. Downshifting our lifestyle will help achieve more happiness. Tea is a great gift form nature and acts as a bridge between humanity and nature.

Tea mindfulness is a method that can lead to opening new sensations and finding inner peace. We focus on brewing tea, smelling the aromas, tasting the natural flavors, and exploring each infusion's evolution. Appreciating the time, temperature, water, and tea ware can bring more enjoyment to the whole process.

One element of tea mindfulness that I enjoy, is creating a beautiful tea ceremony. Tea ceremonies can be expressed as an art form.

Another reason I enjoy tea mindfulness is that it can be conducted in a variety of ways for myself, my family, friends, and love.
