Tea Sistars ~ a Monthly Gathering

Welcome into our sanctuary, a monthly gathering in devotion to tea, sistarhood, and cultivating the soft, embodied energy of the Yin.

The Yin energy is receptive, deep, and flowing. It is a quiet current beneath the noise of the world — the energy that nourishes, restores, and renews. For women, tending to this essence is not only healing but essential. Together we will practice the art of slowing down, leaning into the present moment, and remembering the wisdom of the body and the breath.

We will gather at the beautiful Tea Tell Truth Tea House in West Palm Beach where we will sip rare and special teas, share from our hearts, pick oracle cards, enjoy incense curling with our prayers, and soften into guided meditation and mindfulness — weaving us deeper inward. We will connect with the healing energies of plants, sistarhood, the seasons, moon cycle, and astrology.
