About The Event
Zen dance is a way of self-cultivation. It is not only physical health but also mental health. Sometimes the language can tell some kind of lies. People can be deceived. The dance can inspire people’s love and wake up people’s spirits and inner hearts. Wake up the love from the bottom of your heart.
Even someone without a dance foundation can come to learn and dance.
We will host a guided mindfulness meditation with a tea and Zen Dance workshop to encourage self-reflection, develop mindfulness-based stress management strategies, and promote engagement.
For 15 minutes - "Tea Talk" tea ceremony with Puerh Tea.
For 45 minutes - Zen Dance
For 30 minutes - Hands-on Tea Mindfulness and relaxation.
A Tea Ceremony is one kind of mindfulness. We live in a fast-paced world. Sometimes we forget to slow down and take time to enjoy the moment. A downshifting lifestyle will help you to reach more happiness. This unique tea mindfulness will lead you to open more sensations and find your inner peace.
