Tea Master Passport Online Workshop

The TEA MASTER CLASSES BUNDLE is a total of 6 online workshops for $200 which includes 6-8 kinds of tea sample box and Tea Tell Truth Signature Gai Wan for classes. We will have a fun and hands-on tea-tasting and brewing class on Zoom.  You can enjoy your class and tea time at your comfortable home.

We will cover these topics during the 6 workshops. 

• Tea History
• 6 Kinds of Tea and processing
• The Art of Tea Ware
• The Philosophy of Tea Ceremony
• Tea journey inside our body & Tea's science and health benefits
• Tea’s mixology

We will talk about tea history from ancient years and tea history in the world. We will taste Green Tea, Yellow Tea, White Tea, Oolong, Black tea, and Dark Tea which are in the sample box. 

We will showcase different kinds of tea wares. Talk about the art and stories behind the tea wares. Attendees can do hands-on tea ceremony practice. Also, we will talk about the philosophy of the tea ceremony.

We will share key elements that help our physical and mental health. Also, talk about health benefits based on scientific articles. The most fun part will be the tea’s mixology. We will share our favorite recipes and involve some flowers blending with tea.

Last half hour, we will host a guided TEA mindfulness meditation and self-care workshops like face Yoga, body scan or Qi Gong moments to encourage self-reflection, develop mindfulness-based stress management strategies, and promote engagement in self-care.

Time: 1-1.5h /workshop

If you can make on time, we will record the class from Zoom and keep it for a week and you can access it.
