  • Tea History & 6 Kinds of Tea  on July 28th 

We will talk about tea history from ancient years and tea history in the world. We will taste Green Tea, Yellow Tea, White Tea, Oolong, Black tea, and Dark Tea. Last half hour, we will host a guided TEA mindfulness meditation and self-care workshop to encourage self-reflection, develop mindfulness-based stress management strategies, and promote engaging in self-care.

  • The Art of Tea Ware and The Philosophy of Tea Ceremony on Aug 25th

We will showcase different kinds of tea wares. Talk about the art and stories behind the tea wares. Attendees can do hands-on tea ceremony practice and 3-4 kinds of tea tasting. Also, we will talk about the philosophy of the tea ceremony. Last half hour. we will do face Yoga and guided tea mindfulness meditation.

  • Tea journey inside our body and Tea's science and health benefits on Sep 8th

We will talk about key elements that help our physical and mental health. Also, talk about health benefits based on scientific articles. We will taste 3-4 kinds of tea and last half hour we will do body scan tea mindfulness.

We will host a guided TEA mindfulness meditation and self-care workshop to encourage self-reflection, develop mindfulness-based stress management strategies, and promote engaging in self-care.

Feel free to bring your own mat, pillows, and blankets to get comfortable.
