In May, that the great time to wake up your soul and get ready for summer.
We will host a guided mindfulness meditation with tea and Tai Chi workshop to encourage self-reflection, develop mindfulness-based stress management strategies, and promote engaging.

4:00 - 4:30PM - "Tea Talk" We will do hand-on tea ceremony with Puerh Tea.
4:30 - 5:30PM - Tai Chi fundamental movement and Tai Chi choreography 24 form
5:30 - 6:00PM - Hands-on Tea Mindfulness and relaxing.
(The tea is Caffeine FREE.)
Tea Ceremony is one kind of mindfulness. We live in a fast-paced world. Sometimes we forget to slow down and take time to enjoy the moment. Downshifting lifestyle will help you to reach more happiness. This unique tea mindfulness will lead you to open more sensations and find your inner peace.
