We will guided mindfulness meditation with tea to encourage self-reflection, develop mindfulness-based stress management strategies, and promote engaging.
Hands-on Tea Mindfulness (Tea brewing and Tasting) relaxing is one kind of mindfulness. We live in a fast-paced world. Sometimes we forget to slow down and take time to enjoy the moment. Downshifting lifestyle will help you to reach more happiness. This unique tea mindfulness will lead you to open more sensations and find your inner peace.
We would love to share 2 different Puerh Tea which is fermented tea from ancient tea trees in Yunnan China.
Puerh Tea has a lot health benefits of us. Let's take a sip of elixir of orient.
