We will have this event since 5/9 every Saturday afternoon 2-3 PM (New York time)

Let's catch up and welcome to join our healthy and welcoming tea community online helping each other, caring for each other, and encourage each other. Welcome to brew your tea with us together.

After half hour, we will host a guided TEA mindfulness meditation and self-care workshop to encourage self-reflection, develop mindfulness-based stress management strategies, and promote engaging in self-care.

Welcome to prepare your favorite tea you, heat up water, welcome to share your Tea Table That would be wonderful you could share your tips to help each other.

How This Will Work:

We will be using the Zoom app, which can be used on a laptop or mobile phone. Please download Zoom beforehand. We have a limit of 100 people.

After the initial greeting is done, we’ll introduce our VIP guests include Qi Gong Master, Tai Chi Master, Wellness Experts to share their tips.

After that, we will start our Tea Mindfulness together.

In the end, we do an open talk.
