After half hour, we will host a guided TEA mindfulness meditation and self-care workshop to encourage self-reflection, develop mindfulness-based stress management strategies, and promote engaging in self-care.

Welcome to prepare your favorite tea, heat up water, welcome to share your Tea Table That would be wonderful you could share your tips to help each other.

How This Will Work:

We will be using the Zoom app, which can be used on a laptop or mobile phone. Please download Zoom beforehand. We have a limit of 20 people.

After the initial greeting is done, we’ll introduce our VIP guests include Qi Gong Master, Tai Chi Master, Wellness Experts to share their tips.
